Vision Board Workshop

In the Vision Board class you will come up with a WORD or MANTRA for the theme of your year in 2025 (*Google ONE LITTLE WORD lists for ideas of your WORD). Materials will be provided, however, feel free to bring your own clippings, sayings and art to add to your vision board.

What are Vision Boards?

1. A visual representation of areas of your life you want to focus on in the new year. (Wellness, Career, Recreation, Spiritual, Relationships, Community and Personal Life)

2. Fill your BOARD with daily affirmations to give your vision clarity.

3. Display your Vision Board (in your bedroom, on your refrigerator, in your car, etc.) so you can keep your attention on your INTENTIONS.

Materials needed: Scissors, Glue Stick, Markers and any other items you want on your board (Stickers, Magazine Cut Outs, etc.)

Colleen Rossi is a 4th grade teacher and technology specialist with a wide range of interests. In addition to education, she is certified in yoga, theology and ministry, and counseling. She is a Philadelphia Half-Marathon finisher, has visited over 35 national parks in the U.S., is an avid hiker, and has years of experience as an ambassador for an elephant sanctuary!
