ARE YOU A VETERAN 60 OR OLDER AND LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN HOW TO STAY HEALTHY AND MEET FELLOW VETERANS?

For veterans 60 and older seeking health insights and camaraderie, welcome to our tailored 6-week wellness program! This concise yet enriching series offers:

• Key insights into aging healthily and making informed lifestyle choices.
• A celebration of life’s later stages, highlighting the positives and how to maximize them.
• Critical discussions on managing health risks, including the unique effects of substances on seniors.
• Practical tools and tips to navigate your health and healthcare confidently.

Join us to connect with fellow veterans, learn valuable health information, and take proactive steps towards a vibrant life.

Refreshments will be provided for FREE each week, and all participants who complete this program will receive a $50 gift card.

This is a 6-week series being held on Tuesdays, 3pm-4:30pm at the Lower Cape Library:

• June 25th
