Join us for a modern twist on Pilates, where we will incorporate other styles of exercise to enhance your body tone, core strength, and flexibility. This class will run for 5 weeks on Fridays, August 5th-September 2nd.
Michelle Barbaro has three children and one granddaughter. She loves going on vacation with her family and enjoys being outdoors, spending time at the beach, riding bikes, and playing pickleball. She is an English teacher and works as a Teacher's aide.
Michelle started her fitness journey over 15 years ago when she was going to a Rec. center to workout. There, she discovered the love of community and fitness and became an instructor. Michelle teaches Yoga and Pilates.
