For veterans 60 and older seeking health insights and camaraderie, welcome to our tailored 6-week wellness program! This concise yet enriching series offers:

  • Key insights into aging healthily and making informed lifestyle choices.
  • A celebration of life’s later stages, highlighting the positives and how to maximize them.
  • Critical discussions on managing health risks, including the unique effects of substances on seniors.
  • Practical tools and tips to navigate your health and healthcare confidently.

Join us to connect with fellow veterans, learn valuable health information, and take proactive steps towards a vibrant life.

Refreshments will be provided for FREE each week, and all participants who complete this program will receive a $50 gift card.

 

This is a 6-week series being held on Wednesdays, 1pm-2:30pm at the Lower Cape Library:
