Chair Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that combines the benefits of Yoga with the convenience of a chair, making it accessible and enjoyable for individuals of all fitness levels to experience the numerous benefits and how it can contribute to their overall well-being. Chair Yoga sequences are designed specifically to be performed while seated or using a chair as support. These sequences include a combination of gentle stretches, modified poses from traditional yoga practices, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
Chair Yoga offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits for all levels and helps to improve flexibility and balance, increases range of motion, strengthens muscles, and improves posture. Additionally, Chair Yoga promotes better breathing techniques and is versatile - One can easily modify the movements and poses to suit their individual needs and abilities. The sequences can be adapted to cater to different levels of fitness, making it accessible for “Every Body” with varying physical conditions.
