All events are tentatively scheduled and may change. Please see the CMCL Events Calendar on our website, follow us on social media, and subscribe to our weekly eNewsletter for any and all updates.

Join us at the Stone Harbor Library for an hour of Yoga Sculpt - a yoga flow class set to upbeat music that includes strength training and cardio.  Please bring your own hand weights. All ages and levels welcome! Please bring a mat.

This class will run on Thursdays between June 12th-Oct.30th, EXCEPT for the following dates:

  • none

 

Suzanne will be teaching three classes this season:

  • Mondays: Core Yoga
  • Thursdays: Yoga Sculpt
  • Fridays: Slow Flow Yoga
