No registration required. Mondays from 9:30am-10:30am, June 9th-Oct. 27th with the exception of the below dates.

Join us at the Stone Harbor Library for an hour of Core Yoga - a yoga flow class that focuses on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles aiding in balance and supporting core strength. All ages and levels welcome! Please bring a mat.

This class will run on Mondays between June 9th-Oct. 27, EXCEPT for the following dates:

• 9/1, 10/13

Suzanne will be teaching three classes this season:

• Mondays: Core Yoga
• Thursdays: Yoga Sculpt
• Fridays: Slow Flow Yoga
