This class will explore the costume design behind some of your favorite super heroes! These looks are not "one size fits all" and a lot of work goes into their design and creation. You'll also get a chance to put your new knowledge to the test with a drawing activity. Please bring preferred drawing or coloring utensils for our activity.
Melody Marshall is a teaching artist, props designer, and writer from South Jersey. Melody is a strong supporter and advocate for arts education. Her art, music, and language teachers have been some of the most encouraging people in her life and she wants to give that gift to others. Art education is about more than being good at that art form, it’s about compassion, connecting with yourself and others, and employing creativity in other aspects of your life. No matter what she teaches, Melody hopes to show everyone their potential and bring out the best in them, however that happens. You can learn more about Melody’s work you can visit her on Instagram @melodymakingstuff or her website www.melodymakingstuff.com
