Join us for Butts & Guts on Wednesday mornings, June 19th-August 21st! This class focuses on just the lower body; sculpt, shape and strengthen your abdominal, buttock and thigh muscles. Combining elements of Pilates, resistance band work and more, this class will get your abs and tush well toned.
Michelle Barbaro has three children and one granddaughter. She loves going on vacation with her family and enjoys being outdoors, spending time at the beach, riding bikes, and playing pickleball. She is an English teacher and works as a Teacher's aide.
Michelle started her fitness journey over 15 years ago when she was going to a Rec. center to workout. There, she discovered the love of community and fitness and became an instructor. Michelle teaches Yoga and Pilates.
