Fit Fusion is an ever changing hybrid energetic, low impact to no impact workout that will take away boredom and offer a total body workout. During the class, you will enjoy a full hour of fun, focusing on working the whole body combining dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, agility, balance, and flexibility. The action packed workouts will combine at least two disciplines, ie: kickboxing, dance, strength training, drum, resistance band, Barre, Yoga, step, weights, core conditioning, and more!
Participants will need: workout attire, sneakers, hand weights, mat, water
Class will NOT be held on the following dates:
- 9/22, 10/20, 11/10, 11/17, 11/24, 12/15

I am an insured certified Fitness Instructor who started teaching classes in the mid 80’s. I am constantly updating and adding to my fitness portfolio through certifications and training and by creating fun playlists, and developing new program routines. I realize how attending a structured exercise program can affect many aspects of one’s life socially, physically and mentally. It takes motivation, determination, and consistency to succeed and I want to make sure every class participant has that opportunity. I want to help class participants discover the benefits and joys of exercising no matter what class he/she decides to join. I listen to class participants and modify routines to meet the specific needs of her class participants.
Holly Kelly (Friday classes)
I am an enthusiastic, motivated certified aerobics instructor with 12 years teaching various athletic levels. I am determined to challenge all participants and structure my classes to engage all at their athletic ability. Classes include old school aerobics, step, water aerobics, and strength/weight training.
