Bath salts are a great way to moisturize the skin, decrease stress, help insomnia, soothe pain, and can offer healing properties. These health benefits come from both the Epsom and Himalayan salts as well as essential oils. During this class, we will be learning about the benefits of several essential oils and salts and creating your own bath salts to take home!
Donna Tomlin has been interested in holistic and natural remedies for the last couple of decades, with the last several years serving as the perfect time to really dive into the natural world. She loves spending time out in nature, discovering new remedies from essential oils, and trying new recipes. Donna is excited to bring her love for essential oils and natural remedies into the classroom setting and will discuss how to use essential oils safely and effectively, as well as how to add them into your daily routine. She is excited to share the benefits of oils and natural living!
