Join us at the Sea Isle City library for a weekly Wednesday morning meditation! June 5th-August 30th. EXCEPT for the below dates.

Cindy Cunningham is a IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Dr. Nasha Winters Certified Advocate/Mentor, and just completed Joe Dispenza’s Advanced retreat in Nashville, TN. She saw first-hand how his meditations transformed her bloodwork results and is sharing his meditations as a facilitator so that others can experience the power of his meditations to calm the nervous system and give you the space to focus on and create the future that your true self has been seeking. His ability to scientifically show how focusing on what tomorrow may bring rather than constantly re-living the emotions you hold about your past, gives people the proof and motivation to take charge of their lives and live out their freshly created dreams. Come join Cindy as she preps you on various Joe Dispenza meditations and gives you information on how you can learn and practice more.

Please bring a yoga mat. Exercises may take place on the floor or in chairs.
