The Bald Eagle, the perils of our Patriotic Bird: Bald Eagles have faced many dangers that have historically jeopardized the whole population. Join me and learn about important losses and victories in eagle conservation, along with interesting eagle facts. This program will be about an hour long including a question and answer period.

My Name is Josh Gant, and I am an environmental educator and the owner and lead guide for Hidden Bittern Birding Co. I also work part time as a naturalist for the Ocean County Department of Parks and Recreation. I had always been an outdoorsman but birding became my real passion about 10 years ago. Since then I have traveled around the country finding birds and showing people the beauty of nature. I am so glad to be able to share my knowledge with all of you.
