Join CMBO Program Coordinator, Adehl Schwaderer, and Volunteer Naturalists for 2 hours of birding around beautiful South Cape May Meadows! June is when migrating shorebirds are looking for places to rest and refuel on their journey north, while other birds are already in the middle of their breeding season. During this program, we will be scouring this Nature Conservancy property to see which of these busy bird species we can track down. We will meet in the South Cape May Meadows parking lot and take a slow stroll along the preserve’s trails.
Location: South Cape May Meadows is 692 Sunset Blvd, Cape May, NJ.
Estimated distance traveled: 1 to 2 miles over hard, flat terrain
Time: 4:30pm to 6:30pm
