Stretch, breathe, & relax. This is a simple form of meditation utilizing chairs with feet on the floor to enhance feeling grounded. SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION is a natural, effortless way of a meditation technique that enhances the quality of one's life and to maintain peace, energy, and expanded awareness.

Karen Manette Bosna is a resident of West Cape May and a Certified Yoga & Fitness instructor who has been teaching in Cape May County for the past 30 years. She has taught All Levels YOGA for “Every Body” in different local Yoga studios, health fitness centers, school systems, community organizations, beach, private sessions with individual and/or groups, etc. Additionally, she offers the local community a diversity of Holistic & Meditation Workshops (Playshops).
She embraces the freedom of being a "Gypsy Yogini." She has a passion for Yoga and is forever grateful and honored for the opportunity to share her awareness on a personal basis in her local community. She envisions her purpose as a teacher is to guide students to discover their own energy and personal freedom - Stretch, Breathe and Relax!
