Slow Flow Yoga

No registration required. Fridays from 9:30am-10:30am, June 20th-Oct. 31st with the exception of the below dates.

Join us at the Stone Harbor Library for an hour of Slow Flow Yoga - a relaxing gentle yoga flow that sequences poses and breath in fluid movement to create a meditative experience. All ages and levels welcome! Please bring a mat.

This class will run on Fridays between June 20th-Oct. 31, EXCEPT for the following dates:

• 7/1, 8/15

Suzanne will be teaching three classes this season:

• Mondays: Core Yoga
• Thursdays: Yoga Sculpt
• Fridays: Slow Flow Yoga
