Dr. John Suarez is the director of Suarez Technology Group, a technology consulting practice based in Delaware. He is also an associate professor of electrical engineering at Widener University. He is a specialist in transistor-level circuit design and optical sensor design, and has received twenty patents for inventions across various sub-fields of microelectronics and photonics. He is a senior member of the National Academy of Inventors and the IEEE. Dr. Suarez received his M.E. degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University.
