What is Zentangle®?

Zentangle is a fun, easy, and relaxing method of drawing created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. It uses structured patterns, simple tools, and very basic pen-strokes to create beautiful works of art. Anyone can do it!

All materials are provided! Please pick up your kit within the week leading up to the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration opens on Wed. October 16th at 9am, and WILL CLOSE 7 days prior to the event on Wed. November 6th, in order to ensure registrants receive their kit in time. 

The virtual meeting link will be sent manually by the Adult Events Department leading up to the class.

Mimi Topping is an enthusiastic artist, teacher, and mother of three who is constantly seeking new ways to create and to inspire creativity in others.

Mimi has taught Zentangle workshops for over 10 years, both in- person and virtually, at numerous libraries, schools, hospitals, clubs and businesses in the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania area.

She is extremely passionate about teaching art and enjoys seeing students realize their talents in just one class. Every workshop is a pleasure and full of surprises and the final group work never fails to amaze!
