Chakra Balancing Sound Bowls

Join us for an evening of relaxation, meditation, and chakra healing. The sound bath begins with a tuning fork mini treatment, breathwork and an intention-setting guided meditation that will open up the chakras (energy meridians in the body), clear blockages, and align and harmonize with the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls. Research indicates that sound healing at the cellular level reduces body pains, stress, anxiety, improves focus, energy and much more!

All are welcome!  No experience needed. Come to relax and unwind. 

For your comfort please bring your pillow, yoga mat and/or blanket. Chairs will be available if seating is preferred.

Meet Chrissy Ennis-

Chrissy Ennis is a certified Reiki Energy Healer Practitioner who specializes in alternative healing, sound healing, crystal healing, and spiritual life coaching. She is the owner of Radiant Pixies LLC holistic healing and hand crafted items. Chrissy is a spiritual leader who aims to empower and support the community to heal and live a graceful life.
