Join us for a gentle flow yoga class that connects breath with movement. Participants will gain strength and flexibility while finding balance and reducing stress.
Yoga is held on Tuesdays & Fridays, 10am-11am at the Sea Isle City Library, except for the following dates in 2024:
A little bit about Tanya Delfini: I began my yoga journey as a student. After many years of practicing I decided to do a Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and became a 200hr Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor in 2017. I enjoy bringing yoga to others so that they may feel the many health benefits of yoga. I have taken numerous other trainings and can teach all levels but I seem to have found my niche in the 50+ community. I am certified in senior yoga, chair yoga and have almost completed an additional 300hr certification. I like to make yoga fun and enjoyable for all.
