Versatile Eggplant Dishes

This menu will be presented twice, on Thursday August 15th at Wildwood Crest, and Tuesday August 20th at Stone Harbor. Please sign up for ONE of these sessions.

 

Carolyn Vinci has written food columns for a Gannet newspaper, taught cooking to children and adults and founded an animal advocacy organization. She retired after 32 years of working with the developmentally disabled and is enjoying gardening, attempting to play the violin and of course cooking! While finding healthy and tasty new ways to prepare food is fun, honoring traditions is important at the Vinci table. Carolyn is excited to bring her ideas to the classroom and will review safety tips, prep techniques and food storage ideas in addition to demonstrating tasty, healthy and easy recipes. She looks forward to sharing with and learning from her classes.
