Join us for a fun workshop where you will learn the art of charcuterie and build your own sample box to bring home!

Registration is limited - please sign up for ONE of the workshops this month, either 12/22 or 12/29.

Raffa’s is Sea Isle’s charcuterie destination located at 4000 Pleasure Avenue, Sea Isle City, NJ, offering a professionally curated selection of fine foods and artisanal meats, crackers, bread, dips, spreads and cheeses. Known for in-store events highlighting their select cheese and techniques…Raffas hosts Friday Night Flights and Sunday School Charcuterie Workshops and caters off-site graze tables including weddings, baby showers and corporate events.  

Raffa’s opened its doors in July 2022 with a vision brought forth by sisters Jeralyn Raffa and Vanessa DeRose, both of whom wanted to continue the king stroked history of the Raffa family in Sea Isle City’s food scene.
