All levels welcome! Join us to discover a fun, insightful, judgement and worry-free group, that can guide you down a path of self-discovery, and towards leading a happier and healthier life.

The Mission of the Meditation Practice Space is to create a place for meditational self-discovery that is fun, insightful, and attainable for everyone. 

We simply show up, as we are in the moment, with the intention of becoming present and free within our own individual lifetimes.  

This type of practice is helpful for self-awareness, mindfulness, & healing.

Class will be held every Monday, EXCEPT for the following dates:

• 11/6
• 12/25

Ted Costa is a certified yoga instructor since 2017, and in 2020 he graduated a 4-year program based on personal healing and meditation.  His meditation approach is based on working kindly and honestly with ourselves as we are in the present moment.  Besides that, he co-owns Keep It Real Coffee Company and enjoys the company of his wife and son, dog, friends, family, and meditation communities, which make life way more fun and meaningful.
