Spend sixty minutes honoring your divine Self through meditation and movement in this slow flow session. Each class will strengthen your body, mind, and spirit through guided relaxation, breathwork, postures, and a reiki-infused savasana. Individual differences are celebrated and all levels are welcome so be sure to bring an open heart and mind to class!
**Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a yoga mat and any props to help them feel more comfortable during their practice (bolster, blocks, blanket, eye pillow, etc.)
Please note that there will be NO CLASS on the following dates:
As a queer yoga instructor and former high school educator, Stella Raab recognizes the importance of creating a space for all to feel seen. She meets students where they are at and empowers them to take ownership of their own practice. Yoga teaches us tools that can lead to personal and social change and when we honor the ancient roots of yoga, our practice evolves both on and off the mat. Stella is grateful for the yoga community’s influence on her own growth and highlights the importance of self care as well as community care in each class. Stella loves teaching yin and gentle flow classes as they’re more accessible for most, but she’s also a Yoga Alliance certified 200 RYT with experience teaching ashtanga, hatha, and kundalini.
