Holly DeLong, MS, RDN- Holly DeLong is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with a Master's degree in Nutrition, and a background in Psychology and Research.
Holly chose to pursue nutrition after discovering first-hand the powerful impact food has on our mind and body. Using nutrition, she was able to overcome depression and learn how to manage the difficult chronic condition, interstitial cystitis. By making small, but consistent changes, she was able to achieve sustainable wellness. She now works with clients to guide them towards the same amazing results.
Holly practices following an integrative and functional nutrition philosophy. She uses individualized approaches that work within the constraints of her clients' realities. Her wellness philosophy is based on seeking balance in all aspects of life. Her specialty areas include: gut health, mental health, hormonal imbalances, intuitive eating, and interstitial cystitis. Holly is a warm and approachable counselor who strives to make a real difference in the lives of those she works with.
In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors or curled up on the couch with a good show. In 2016, she created a furniture design company called Evergreen Expressions, where she loves to exercise her creative spirit.
