Join the Cape May Bird Observatory’s Migration Count Coordinator, Tom Reed, to learn about the newest long-term seasonal research project, Springwatch! This site in Cape May Point is perfectly positioned to capture the diversity and quantity of this bird migration phenomenon, involving over 100 species and 100,000+ individuals. By the end of this program, you’ll understand the significance of this flyway and leave knowing more about the various songbird, shorebird, raptor, and seabird species that utilize it.
