ENDING- Meditative Drum Circle

Both Meditative Drum Circle and Meditation Meet-Up will be ending after class on May 1st.

Join this participatory drum circle with your own instrument (or borrow one here!) and jam alongside others in a fun, creative environment. Class is led and facilitated by a drum circle leader so that everyone is able to join in and play to the same beat! All experience levels are welcome - everyone has a drummer within!

Please note that there will be no class on the following dates:

• 2/20, 4/17, 4/24, 5/29, 6/5, 8/28, 9/4, 10/9, 10/30, 11/6, 12/25

Ted Costa is a certified yoga instructor since 2017, and in 2020 he graduated a 4-year program based on personal healing and meditation.  His meditation approach is based on working kindly and honestly with ourselves as we are in the present moment.  Besides that, he co-owns Keep It Real Coffee Company and enjoys the company of his wife, dog, friends, family, and meditation communities, which make life way more fun and meaningful.
