Gentle Yoga - This class is open to all bodies! No experience needed. You will be guided through gentle yoga postures, which can be done on a yoga mat or on a chair. We will move and wake up our bodies, while relaxing and quieting the mind.
Elizabeth Kilcourse, ERYT200 - Elizabeth is a south Jersey native who fell in love with yoga at a young age. She has been instructing classes since 2016 and offers a variety of styles. She studied eastern philosophy and holistic health at Stockton University which aids her in her understanding of yoga. The past 4 years she has been involved with the Ornish cardiac rehab within Atlanticare, teaching “stress management”. Her main goal is to offer yoga to every body in any physical state.
