Plants have a history too. Those histories are entwined with ours. Tomatoes started in the jungle as marble-sized and developed into the best-loved "vegetable" on the planet. This talk describes that journey.
Bernard Sypniewski was born some time ago, and shortly thereafter he began gardening. His first crop was radishes. After school, his legal practice, and teaching at Rowan University (computer science), Bernard started building raised beds. He now has 3. Bernard especially likes tomatoes and peppers of all sorts, including wild ones. He has a fascination with anything old; hence the topic of the current talk.
