Line Dancing is a fun way to add more movement to your life, and learning the steps is great mental exercise! Why not try a few classes - you may surprise yourself with how much you are able to learn, even if you have 2 left feet!

Cathy Cashmere is a certified group fitness instructor, habit coach and dancer with Atlantic City Soul Line.
