All levels yoga class focusing on postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. The practice ranges from more gentle to vigorous, oftentimes incorporating vinyasa (movement connected to breath). Please bring a mat as well as clothing suited for movement.Instructor Kathryn Ridge has been practicing yoga for 9 years, and she did her 200-hour teacher training in 2013. Her personal practice has changed her life in an abundance of positive ways, and she wants to pass on that positivity to those she teaches. Her goal is to show people that practicing ahimsa (non-violence) toward ourselves and bodies starts us on the journey to showing compassion to all living things.
