Can Trees Communicate?

The forest is alive from deep down in the soil to high in the treetops!!  Have you ever wondered if trees talk to each other? Where their food comes from?  Or how they turn back into soil after they fall?  We will explore how trees, soil, tiny organisms, insects and animals all collaborate and compete in this dance of nature.
 
 

Lin Conover, owner of Wood Song Mushrooms, LLC, first began learning about mushrooms through a deep dive into soil health and composting methods. With an appreciation for the integral role fungus has for our living planet, she began the process of identifying wild species and growing cultivated mushrooms. Wood Song Mushrooms now provides fresh mushrooms and related products, in addition to educational programs, nature/foraging walks and hands-on experiences.
