Stretch, breathe, & relax. This is a simple form of meditation utilizing chairs with feet on the floor to enhance feeling grounded. SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION is a natural, effortless way of a meditation technique that enhances the quality of one's life and to maintain peace, energy, and expanded awareness.

Every Thursday from 1:30pm-2:30pm at the Cape May City branch, except for the following dates in 2025: 4/3, 8/7, 8/14, 11/27, 12/25
