The Take Flight Program is an engaging workshop designed to help library patrons better understand themselves and others through the lens of personality styles. Using the four bird personality types—Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl—participants will understand how personality influences communication, decision-making, and relationships. The program dives into a variety of meaningful topics, including stress management, time management, and effective delegation, providing practical strategies tailored to each personality style.
It also explores how individuals prefer recognition, offering insights into fostering positive interactions and building stronger connections.
