Bird's Eye View: Unlocking Personality Styles for Effective Communication

The Take Flight Program is an engaging workshop designed to help library patrons better understand themselves and others through the lens of personality styles. Using the four bird personality types—Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl—participants will understand how personality influences communication, decision-making, and relationships. The program dives into a variety of meaningful topics, including stress management, time management, and effective delegation, providing practical strategies tailored to each personality style.

It also explores how individuals prefer recognition, offering insights into fostering positive interactions and building stronger connections. By understanding the motivators, tendencies, and fears associated with different styles, participants will develop skills to manage challenges, adapt their approach, and create more balanced and productive relationships. This workshop offers actionable takeaways for personal growth and everyday success, empowering attendees to approach life with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Will Giangrande is a consultant and facilitator specializing in personal and professional development through engaging, interactive workshops. Certified in Take Flight Learning's DISC assessments, Will uses innovative tools like the four-bird personality framework (Eagle, Parrot, Dove, Owl) to help individuals and teams build self-awareness, improve communication, and foster collaboration.
