The holiday season can bring up feelings of stress for all different types of reasons. Luckily, there are many different types of essential oils to help support our bodies during times of stress. Learn about the essential oil singles and blends used for stress support and make your own stress relief roller for use when times get tricky!

Donna Tomlin has been interested in holistic and natural remedies for the last couple of decades, with the last several years serving as the perfect time to really dive into the natural world. She loves spending time out in nature, discovering new remedies from essential oils, and trying new recipes. Donna is excited to bring her love for essential oils and natural remedies into the classroom setting and will discuss how to use essential oils safely and effectively, as well as how to add them into your daily routine. She is excited to share the benefits of oils and natural living!
