Qigong is the basis for traditional Chinese medicine - self-healing methods over 5000 years old! You will learn stationary postures to make you stronger, improve your self esteem, and open up your acupuncture meridians. Suitable for all ages and skill levels! 

 

Qigong Master George Benner: I am a retired Accountant with specialties in 501-C-3 Non-Profits, from local organizations to universities and hospitals. I had as many as 150 Accountants under me at some time! I have advanced graduate work from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania! I am a US Navy Veteran and have 30 years of Tai Chi Chuan and medical Qigong experience.
