Registration REQUIRED for this 2-week class.
Join us for a 2-week class to learn the basic techniques of mosaics while creating a unique, personal art piece. Each project will be designed by the student with input from the instructor.
Students must bring a piece of their choice to work on - examples include a mirror, picture frame, tray, plates, rocks, or even a small piece of furniture like a chair.
Students are also requested to bring paper towels, newspaper, soft rags, a coffee can, and a hammer to class. Dress in old clothes. Mastic plus grout and mosaic pieces will be provided. Each student should also gather a shoe box of "findings" i.e. broken china, mirror, buttons, etc.
This is a 2-class series, occurring on Thursdays from 1pm-4:30pm at the Court House Library:
All registrants are required to attend the first class of a series. If absent, your spot will be given to the next in line on the Waitlist.
