From the presenter: I am Tiffany Narciso (she, hers) but you can call me T. Narciso or Ms. Narciso. I am a visualizer promoting visual learning in an ASL classroom. I've been teaching ASL for over seven years.
In 2014, I was one of the first two deaf educators establishing one deaf center in Ebeye island in the Republic of the Marshall Islands and worked closely with the deaf students to support them thrive in their sign language development with creative and visual tools. It was such a life-changing experience for me. Nearly wrapping up in 2019, I decided to return to the mainland for the Master of Arts in degree in Sign Language Education program at Gallaudet University and completed the program in 2021. Yet, I am currently studying a second masters degree in Deaf Education at McDaniel College. I love studying and learning new things daily to build more tools to provide high-quality services to families who have deaf and hard of hearing babies/children & deaf/ASL communities.
Currently, I teach ASL to a several communities (public high school, college and adults program) as an ASL instructor. My favorite hobbies are cooking, surfing, swimming, and reading graphic novels.
