Chilled summer soup

Please note that this menu will be presented twice, on Mon. August 19th at Court House and Fri. August 23rd at Wildwood Crest. Please sign up for ONE of these sessions.

 

There's something magical about soup! It's a beautiful process to chop a rainbow of ingredients and drop them into a simmering pot! 

Soup can heal a cold or help a heartache - Soup is a social event!

So let's chop, boil, and blend up some magical mixtures in this interactive cooking series.

Bring a small Mason jar or heat safe container to take home some tastes and treats.

 

Jessica Kirk is Cape May County born and raised, trained as a young person in the culinary arts under chef Masterson at Cape May County Technical HS. Like most who call this county home, she is a lover of nature, green and growing things, art and of course food!
