With more than seventeen years of experience, Chef Joshua Liwoch has spent the past ten years at the helm of Cape May County fan favorite restaurants, including The Virginia Hotel, Beach Plum Farm, and Exit Zero. Now, Liwoch is forging his front and back of house talents to provide carefully curated, private chef and catering services as Co-Founder & Executive Chef of Better Weather.  Established in 2023, Better Weather aims to bring the restaurant experience directly to you with in-home private chef packages, pop-up dining events, or weekly meal prep services.

Liwoch enjoys cooking with seasonal and local products, honoring the simplicity of quality ingredients.  You are guaranteed to have a great meal and an exciting experience with Chef.
